Glencoe Visit 29 Oct to 1 Nov 2009
Have just returned from a four day trip to Glencoe and stayed at the wonderful and friendly Loch Leven Hotel.
We only had two days to do some walking and our aim was to tackle the Pap of Glencoe and Beinn a Chrulaiste. The weather was poor on both days but we set out to complete Beinn a Chrulaiste on the Friday in continuous and sometimes heavy rain and wind. Navigation was difficult and was very grateful for my trusty GPS and the track/route I had entered into it. Several times we had to meand… Continue
